     If you are currently renting and are paying over $500.00 in rent, you could own a home up to $100,000.00!!!   Recently our office helped a young family who had rented for two and 1/2 years and they always wanted to own a home of their own, but could never save up enough money for the down payment along with closing costs.      After attending a home buyer work shop sponsored by our office, they were able to qualify for special financing and the seller even paid some of their closing costs. They currently live in Port Huron in a beautiful three bedroom home with a garage. Their house payment is $180.00 less than they were paying in rent.
