We are seeing many local brokers chargeing not only their buyers but their sellers additional fees disguised as settlement fee; documentation fee;processing fee, closing fee bottom line is they come up with all kinds of balarney to get more money out of the very same people they are suppose to be serveing. Before you choose a broker to help you buy or sell ask them what addional charges do you unfairly impose on me when we close.
