Watch the showing habits of your agent. Is there a pattern to the homes you see?  "just their listings". Are there some homes they just seem more excited about?  "bonus to them if they sell it" over another home.

Well it's true, many agents push their own listings and ones that pay them more or bonus commissions to sell rather than the home that's truly right for their buyer.  If you sence a smell of commission breath on your agent, it's likely their drinking from a cup of self interest.
